Request a manual review

When to use it

• The race has no online results page.
• We couldn’t find your result on the page you shared.
• The result we found isn’t yours, but your result is on the page.

How to request one

1. Open the race and tap Verify this race.
2. Tap Request a manual review.
3. Add the results link, a note, or both, then send.

The race shows In review while we check. You can have one review open per race.

When it’s done

We’ll send you a notification either way. If it’s approved, the race is marked verified. If not, it shows Not verified after manual review with a note from us, and you can request another review.
